Awesome place with its 24-hour reception, luxury spa, and complimentary wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff took care of my elderly parents, which I really appreciated. I’ll be back for Christmas!

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict
An oasis of luxury with impeccable service, every detail is designed to pamper, from the welcome garlands to the comfortable lounge. Dining options are exquisite and the ambiance is breathtaking.
But the hotel's ongoing renovations can be quite disruptive, even affecting room amenities, which detracts from the otherwise royal experience.

The grandeur of the hotel is impressive, with beautiful interiors and spacious rooms. The infinity pool and spa offer a relaxing escape. However, the dining experience fell short with delays in service, impacting an otherwise luxurious stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for families seeking elegance and comfort.

You won't believe the culinary magic at The Leela! Dining at Le Cirque was an experience. the bespoke cocktails crafted by Rubal were next-level fab. The Cube dazzled with its unique flavors that took us on a rollercoaster of tastes. Plus, the stunning design and cozy vibes of the library bar made for a perfect chill spot after a feast. Can't forget the gracious service from Muskan that topped our stay off deliciously!
Had a little hiccup with the taxi arrangements that nearly boiled our potatoes, causing us major heartburn nearing our flight. The door attendant could use a lesson in hospitality, but honestly, the rest of the staff made us feel like kings and queens even when the wheels wobbled.

Exceptional Experience with Unmatched Hospitality
I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Royal Club Room, and it was truly unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the exquisite culinary delights, every moment felt special. The staff, especially Kashish at the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel at home. The luxurious room was not only spacious but also meticulously clean and comfortable. One minor area for improvement could be the faster response times for requests, but overall, my experience was exemplary.
